Among the many events include wine and food tastings, art exhibits, concerts and theatre shows. At the Hydro-Québec Celebration of Light, you can sit around a bonfire sipping hot cocoa and watching entertainers or a fireworks display. It all keeps the downtown area bustling and cheerful.
